Responsabilitati

Booking of Incoming Payment
- Bank Statement
- Remittance advices
Processing credit notes
- Cashing in the amount and allocating them to the invoices received
- Investigating and identifying details for the amount received
Collecting the amounts if requested (via email and telephone)
Issuing, checking and sending dunning letters/collection letters
Reporting periodical/on the spot regarding the activity process indicators
Maintaining customer master data (new customer set up/ changes, etc.)
Putting in place a control system on order to proactively prevent errors from
happening
Making the client account reconciliation if necessary
Making the accounting process controls established through the internal policies
(SOX)
Provide support to AR Team Leader and regional AR Analyst for credit control
activities as required
Assist AR Team Leader to prepare and submit reports to the customer as applicable
Ensure Key Metrics are met and service is delivered to end users as expected
Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions and communicate these to the AR Team Leader
Country specific knowledge of taxation (VAT and CIT) & accounting rules applicable particularly for country-to-country transition
Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks
Training other tam members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested be the manager
Updating the working procedures periodically
Maintain and develop relationships with relevant markets and client serviced by team and all major customers within those markets as appropriate
Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions and communicate to direct manager

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

 Accounting knowledge – intermediate level
Similar work experience (1-3 years)
Work experience with an ERP system (advantage)
University graduate (Economic Studies are an advantage)
Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Organised personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects
Ability to handle client on one-to-one basis, via e-mails and calls
