Descriere :

Fulfil seamlessly all the tasks and responsibilities of the given operations process
based on the requirement of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
 Strive for quality work in handling phone calls, administering in databases, book
keeping and in other customer service activities
 Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal
and external customers, partners
 Active participation in the defines training courses and the practical implementation
of the new skills in the work processes
 Keep working hours and break times according to the internal policies in certain
cases based on the official working days of the given service region
 Participate in regular/occasional teleconferences/meeting with the customer
 Participate in preparing customer reports
 Develop action plans to resolve operations issues and coordinate their
 Know and understand the performance management policy and practice
 Understand and fulfil all regulations of the internal policies of the company
 Keep reporting rigor and enhance reporting in discussion with the supervision
 Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks
 Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager
 Updating the working procedures periodically


Proficient knowledge of computers, the internet and office automation
 Similar work experience (0-1 year)
 Self-motivated with ability to work both individually and as part of a team
 Organised personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects
 Ability to handle client on one-to-one basis, via e-mails and calls, strong customer orientation
