Your tasks:

 

- To manage community related events

- Forum moderation

- Providing first class support to customers via email for an online card game

- To reply to all emails in relation to online games

- To diagnose and troubleshoot customer technical problems

- To investigate and resolve customer accounts and billing issues

- To investigate and report any problems with the website/cheat system/web shop reported by customers

- To ensure that all problems are dealt with promptly and efficiently

- To ensure that all customers are treated courteously at all times

- To translate all customer service and other related material into the required languages

 

Your profile

 

 

- Native or fluent in French

- Fluent in English

- Computer knowledge, or PC technical background

- Passionate about online gaming

- Knowledge of the online forums is a bonus

- Proactive/ able to deliver tasks unattended

- Detail-oriented, resourceful and autonomous

- Good team player
