CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- Technical affinity proven by studies, experience or personal projects
– Excellent skills of Portuguese AND English (written & spoken)
– Very good communication skills
– Optional: Experience in Customer Support
– Fresh graduates or students are welcomed

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Currently we have at least 2 job opportunities that requires advanced skills of Portuguese and English:

1. Offering support for one of our customers, video game developer and entertainment company, via email, to its customers that are having inquiries about different games. Gradually you will be involved in other projects. The program may be day only Monday to Friday up to 24/7 in 3 shifts.

2. The second one involves offering support for customers of an authorized financial institution, for different financial products. Gradually you will be involved in other projects. The schedule will be 24/7 in 3 shifts.
