Required skills
- Perfect control of proper English (reading, writing and speaking) with no spelling or grammar errors – Mandatory requirement!
- Experience living in English speaking country – advantage.
- Basic technological knowledge (Office, Internet etc.)
- Control of other languages besides English and Romanian – an advantage.
- Customer Support experience – an advantage.

Job description

Position description:
- Provide customer support by email and phone.
- Work is in shifts in our new Bucharest office.
- Shifts run 24×7 including on weekends,
- This is a full time position, 9 hours a day, 5 days a week.
- Doing inside (phone/email based) Sales is an option for those with sales experience

Terms

- Above average base salary. (350 EURO Salary + 70 EURO for Taxes + 7 EURO/day for lunch)

**The Sales position is like customer support but requires some sales experience (1 year minimum).
