RESPONSIBILITIES / BENEFITS:
We are looking for competent persons to fill in customer care agent vacancies within an inbound project. Our Customer Care Agent’s responsibilities are to answer phone calls, chats or e-mails and provide the requested information.
This is why a coherent speech, timeliness and proactive attitude are essential.

Training: All the necessary information will be provided to the Customer Care Agent during training sessions.
Schedule: from Monday to Friday, you can choose to work full time (8h/day) or part time:
Shift A : from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Shift B : from 2:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The shifts A and B will alternate on a weekly basis.

Location: We are located in a well-known part of Bucharest, close to Pipera Boulevard. You can easily reach us by public transportation.

Skills: Previous experience as a call center / customer care agent is not required, but it can be an advantage.

Salary: to be determined after the interview.
